Flat White

Originating from Australia and New Zealand, a Flat White is a velvety creamy drink with espresso and steamed milk. It is similar to a latte but it has all steamed milk and no foam. Flat Whites are also typically served in a ceramic cup.

  1. Make 2 ounces of espresso.
  2. Steam 4 ounces of milk. Using a spoon to hold back any foam, pour milk into cup.
